Pre-Paid Orders

1. Shipping Timeline: We will ship your prepaid order within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp for your convenience.
2. Pre-Order Products: Certain products are available on a pre-order basis. For these, the tentative shipping time is mentioned under the description tab on the product page itself.
3. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
4. Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7-8 working business days.
5. Refund Deduction: In case of product return, a shipping cost of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

1. Shipping Timeline: We will ship your COD order within 3-4 working days. A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Charges: An additional shipping cost of 150 INR applies to COD orders. This amount is non-refundable and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Refund Deduction: In case of product return, a shipping cost of 100 INR will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the non-refundable shipping charges paid at the time of order.
