Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns
  1. All returns must be within 7 days of product delivery.
  2. All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  3. Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product.
  4. Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address.
  5. Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of the service in your area.
  6. Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
  7. COD charges are non-refundable.
  8. A 100 INR logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process.

Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Please raise a request at “Whatsapp” with a clear photo or video where brand tag and plastic seal should be visible.
  2. Once the return is approved, your order will be picked up within 4-5 working days.
  3. The refund process will begin after the returned product is received and inspected.
  4. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.
  1. Items must be returned with all tags attached.
  2. The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.
Cancellations
  1. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If eligible for return, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
  2. Refusing to accept your order at delivery will be considered a return, and a refund will be processed as per the return policy.
  3. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by visiting the “Whatsapp” page and write cancel.
  4. Pre-orders: Cancellations are allowed within the first 24 hours of ordering. Beyond this period, cancellations cannot be processed.
